Welcome to the Groupsite for BCPS Safari Live.

Groupsites are a new class of websites that empower people to come together and make things happen. Our BCPS  Safari Live Groupsite is designed to encourage web conferences by creating forum to arrange class-to-class exchanges, tutoring and mentoring opportunities, and virtual field trips to anywhere in the world.  In addition, We want students to understand the real world application of concepts they are learning in the classroom by talking to professionals who use the concepts every day in the workplace.

To participate in discussions, simply click on the Communicate tab.  You may ask others if they are interested in participating in a web conference with your class, discuss technical questions, or simply share your successes.  You may also upload files to be converted or simply to share with others by clicking on the Share tab. 

Finally, you can request a web conference by sending an email to sgrimes@bcps.org.
